DO NOT CALL POLICY
All employees have been trained and notified about the Do Not Call registry and will
check the phone numbers accordingly.
It is Discount Broker Realty’s policy that if any customer or consumer that was not on
the registry requests not to receive any future calls from anyone employed by our
company, we will honor that request by.
1. We’ll record the name and number in our own “Do not call” database.
2. We’ll inform the customer by mail (if the address is known) and inform them to
notify us if their phone number changes to prevent any future contact. We will also
inform them that it can take 30 days for their new number to appear.
